APPLICATION
Nut coating machine is uesd for coated and polished sugar-coated tablet, which has a bright appearance. The complete consolidated coating produced by the crystallization of sugar on its surface can not only prevent the chip from oxidation, deterioration, moisture or volatilization, but also cover the uncomfortable smell when the chip is taken, so as to facilitate the identification of the tablet and ease its dissolution in the human stomach and intestines.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Nut coater machine consists of a rotating drum, a spraying system, and a heating system. The nuts are placed in the rotating drum, and the spraying system sprays the coating material onto the nuts while the drum rotates. The heating system can be used to melt the coating material and help it adhere to the nuts. The nuts are continuously rotated and sprayed until the desired coating thickness is achieved.
